Will ever riot do any joke.taunt,interaction,recall....update on some champs that do not have many or at least one.......like the old champs that the have only 1 taunt and they are not moving........classic recalls without doing anything.........one joke........stuff like that?
I kinda doubt this will happen unless the champion is involved in a major story event(or if the champ gets a rework in general).
Because just rehiring all the voice artists(keep in mind that they have to record every line in every language) just for a small taunt or joke would be just a waste of money,so if they update the voice over of a champion,then they either redo it completely or update it a lot more than just a few lines.
Recall also seems rather unlikely. After all most champs that lack a recall could use a whole VGU anyway and Riot likes to avoid unnecessary work on champs that are on the update list(which is why champs on the vgu list don't get skins either)

They tend to do that with a full VGU - look at Yorick.
I hope so, and if they are more taunts to certain champs would be awesome. I mean 
didn´t got nothing with his rework and i would love some interactions with Jhin, Zed and Kinkou ninjas.
