Who is missing from Runeterra map (as in the champion)

Nami's been missing and needs to be added to a Guardian's Sea marker

Xerath? Where's the town he nuked?

Pyke should be going in and out of Runeterra's dimension to the swimming city which might be the spirit realm. So maybe that is why he is not marked on the map

and where is Urtistan and The Clock Tower ?

Maybe a marker near Tokogol instead of Icathia
