Rengar is from Vastaya?

So I was reading the lore behind this new found land and it got me thinking of Rengar. Since he was found alone in the wilds and raised to be a hunter by the greatest hunter (we still have no idea who this person is), does that mean he gets a special interaction with people from there? Does he question this new place?
