I always thought that Janna and Ahri were both really playful, maybe tied with Lux as filling that personality role more-so than any other women in the game....their new splash arts make them both look so serious and...kinda old.

But s...yeah I agree. 's definitely a step down. I really doesn't fit her does it? She's a little too "badass" for what Janna really is both story and in-game.

i dont really think she always needs that playful look i really like her current splash and i like everything about the new one except.............................her face it just looks way to thin and triangular? maybe idk hope they change it
I like the idea of a new Janna splash but her face is sooooo ugly in this one. Why is it so angular?????? She looks like an alien.
I absolutely Love the new Janna splash. She seems incredibly composed, a true badass. Her quotes are "airy" at best, but the new splash really makes me wonder what it is to be Janna. to be that avatar of the wind. Making her skin and hair paler may make her more thematically tied to her homeland though, Zaun.
Janna is dedicated to her goals, and it is shown that the tentative alliance she has with piltover and its champions is actually purely one of convenience for her. They can assist her in her goals, so she forms ties with them, honestly quite business-like of her. This new splash makes me feel like she's far more intelligent than her previous splash ever did. Before she kinda seemed like some ditzy blond who really likes air. Now i feel like she has a purpose, that she's fighting for something, and she will do whatever it takes to make that happen.
This Janna is a badass, and i really like it. As for the face, Please keep it Riot. I know people are bitching about the angularity of her face, but tbh there have also been plenty of us bitching at you to increase the variety in female champions' bodies and faces. So some people don't find this Janna "sexy" enough. Big whoop. You want sexy, go forth and scour the internet, hentai is never far.

I think that what Janna splashes should be going for is ethereal. The current one fits with its expression, the PBE one misses the mark entirely. It also has the same problem as the Ahri splash: her facial features have changed completely.
The biggest problem with Janna are her left shoulder and neck.It makes her neck appear long and shouldr small.Then comes the face...Oh god that face is a step back....
I doubt it will work, but I'm hoping if we post enough about Janna's art they'll just not change it... It would be pretty cool except for the face and neck...
Honestly neither current Ahri nor Janna splash strike me as playful. And Janna's voice acting isn't playful in the least, probably one of the most mature sounding. That said her facial expression in the new splash could use some work, that aside I think it's a definite improvement.

I agree with this. Like, what are they doing in this picture? Smiting their enemies? Is Ahri running away to lead someone into a trap? I feel that Ahri's at least could be fixed with just a movment of the eyebrows, to make it seem like she's being mischievous- which is something that is important to her character.
