Just going to state my thoughts on the Zoe lore and it may be all but confirmed but I'm about 75% sure that the girl in the red dress in Zoe's story is Irelia and her rework is going to involve her finding the world rune that Zoe mentioned. The location seems to be Ionia. So I find it pretty coincidental that all of this seems to point at Irelia's rework.
I kinda doubt it,since Ionia feels like the last place where people would start to panic at the sight of a spirit(or even just a magical human),so I think it is far more likely that this story happened in Demacia.
I’m pretty assure Zoe vaporized everybody in the little town. But I might have read the lore wrong.

uh thats a posibility....but personaly... i think it happened in demacia, Lux is the "tall girl"(mentioned in zoes taunts @ lux)and Ezreal is the "interesting boy"(she feels weird with him and she notes his lips, same romantic atraction displayed in zoes interactions @ ezreal) the thing i dont get is why is ezreal in Demacia, probably some kind of high class party ,ezreal have access thanks to his high position in piltover, they were very little so thats why Lux dont remember ezreal at all, now Ezreal and Lux are currently exploring the world so probably they'll meet again and found the weird rune mentioned in zoes lore.
everthing in here is expeculative, but this version makes mores sense to me
