Just going to state my thoughts on the Zoe lore and it may be all but confirmed but I'm about 75% sure that the girl in the red dress in Zoe's story is Irelia and her rework is going to involve her finding the world rune that Zoe mentioned. The location seems to be Ionia. So I find it pretty coincidental that all of this seems to point at Irelia's rework.
GreenLore5 votesI kinda doubt it,since Ionia feels like the last place where people would start to panic at the sight of a spirit(or even just a magical human),so I think it is far more likely that this story happened in Demacia.

Anyway I doubt that people run away screaming when they see a spirit in ionia,so I still doubt that it'd be there.

Hogi151 votesPersonally I don't think the interesting boy is anyone we know. But in going along with my thoughts that it takes place in Ionia the character I would imagine that would fit best would have to be the spear wielding, (not confirmed) Ionian 
who has quite a chin. But as this is all just speculation it could really be anyone from Swain to Garen.

If Irelia is indeed that girl, then she's got a bigger role in the plot than I've thought. She's already more or less guaranteed to be involved with Pantheon's VGU, and if Irelia's? Oh boy.
Psilocybinium1 votesuh thats a posibility....but personaly... i think it happened in demacia, Lux is the "tall girl"(mentioned in zoes taunts @ lux)and Ezreal is the "interesting boy"(she feels weird with him and she notes his lips, same romantic atraction displayed in zoes interactions @ ezreal) the thing i dont get is why is ezreal in Demacia, probably some kind of high class party ,ezreal have access thanks to his high position in piltover, they were very little so thats why Lux dont remember ezreal at all, now Ezreal and Lux are currently exploring the world so probably they'll meet again and found the weird rune mentioned in zoes lore.
