First time posting in a long time My dumb prediction for KLED or whatever the name is going to be
Multiple personality disorder yordle hunter? Probably noxian, chases the winged dragonbeast that only he can see, maybe the sound effect is his passive going off whenever an enemy champion enters a bush near him and he gets bonus damage on them or extra speed to that brush or something.

I think it is kinda likely for Kled to be a noxian yorlde(though who knows how his buddy will interact with him),I mean a noxian yordle is something that has been requested for quite some time,since the whole "anyone can become great in noxus if they prove their worth" is one of the more likeable aspects of noxus and what better way to represent it than to give us a yordle who managed to become part of the noxian military?
That'd be cool.
My prediction is that kled is going to be a mid lane assassin...with similarities to Nidalee's play style where he pokes from a distance before closing the gap for the kill...I dont think hes going to be a bruiser because in the video he relies on speed agility and high damage....all the traits of an assassin and hes much to small to play with the big boys as a melee. Also i think he will be a mid laner because of the whole 'river patrol' them they keep hinting at which suggest his a mid laner that excels at roaming. From watching that video i can also make a good guess on what his kit will be like. It shows kled and his cute lizard buddy using a total of 4 abilities. Kled's mount has 2 abilities and kled himself has 2 abilities.
In the teaser we see Kled using a pistol to shoot from a range(Q) and a spear to execute(E). And we see kled's mount charge someone and rip their helmet off with his cute raptor feet(W) and we see a raptor foot print in a soldiers chest armor 1 inch deep in solid steel. This could only be made if the raptor generated huge momentum running at a very high speed before kicking him in the chest with his powerful raptor legs. This will be his ult(R).
Here's my guess on his kit.
Passive: After leaving a bush one of kleds abilities becomes empowered for a short amount of time.
Q: kled fires a pistol at an enemy champion doing dmg (his main poke ability) (110% ad scaling) w: kled's raptor charges in a short straight line stunning his victim...applying armor shred...and empowering kleds execute. (70% ad scaling) E: Kled executes his target....dealing a percentage of their missing hp. (Does more dmg if kled lands his w skill shot) (percentage hp dmg) R: Kled's raptor charges over a long distance at raptor speed in a straight line...if he runs into an enemy champion he kicks them in the chest stunning them for 2 seconds as well as dealing massive damage based off the distance ran before impact. ( 150-350% ad scaling)
