Pixelation in Iron Solar Leona Splash Art: Can't Believe No One Has Fixed This in 8 Years

I purchased the Iron Solari Leona skin many years ago (first skin I ever bought) and I adore it. However, I noticed recently that it has extreme pixelation and weird clipping in the splash art that doesn't seem to be in line with League's current quality standards. Would love to see it get touched up!
