this woman is the original voice and still SO PASSIONATE for her role in the game (like overwatch V.A. style of fan interraction/actually KNOWS the game :P) I hope Rito does the right thing ;) (like she'd be so much better as the V.A. again because she can give Karma the SOUL she's been missing these past few years, you just know the woman would do her justice)
I hate seeing voice actors. It ruins the purity of the character's image. That said, if I can again separate the VA's image from Karma's image, I agree that her original VA was quite good for her. The current one is inoffensive and does good work, but the original had a really solid grasp of Karma's tone, if you ask me. She was one of the better voices during that period of League.
I'd also like to add, though, that Riot's problem in those days wasn't always just not having great voice actors. I say she was one of the better voices during that period, but it's not like they didn't shell out money for Tara Platt. It's just, for some reason Tara Platt's Katarina feels rather uninspired. I'm not sure if it was the directing or the money. Karma, however, always had a soul to her voice, even when a lot of League champions were missing it for whatever reason. This is what I mean.
But Karma already had a full relaunch why would she get another one lol, you said it like its a confirmed fact when in reality it wil probably never happen, gameplay update isn't the same

I like the more recent one, only because in something I read about her discussing voicing Karma, she said she was trying to channel Gaia from Captain Planet combined with Storm from the X-Men show of the 90s. That alone has sold me on Karma, and I loved her inspirations for the character.
Don’t get me wrong I still prefer new Karma’s kit (as bland as it is) to old Karma. But yeah old voice had way more character.
