Hidden link?

So, I know many of us are excited (or annoyed) by the new champion kai'sa. But after looking at her abilities, I noticed something. Being the proud zillean main I am, I noticed that kai'sa ('s?) Q is named icathian rain. This puzzled me for a moment and then made me think. Since icathia was "destroyed" by the void, does this mean that icathia's ruins are in the void, or is the void like a zombie infection, taking only those strong but not capable of surviving, transforming them into void beasts. There is nothing else that could go through since icathia was a city that disappeared after a void attack during the rune wars, or even before then. Please help me in any way finding this out. It would be even cooler if a rioter helped explain this pattern the voidlings do. Oh, and thank you for reading all of this. ^-^
