Missing Star Guardian Features?

I don't understand how the new Star Guardian skins (the 1350rp ones) cost the same as Lux and Lux has a new dance and more effects/song on her recall, while everyone (even Jinx) has the same song? Is it because Lux is the lead or something? One thing is having a different song and other is having a new dance, while the others that are priced the same have the same default dance. Still, they should add more effects on their recalls (more blue for Poppy, more green for Lulu and so on. The jinx one looks really cool tho) Or you lower the prices or u make a new dance.

Edit: Also, Lux has new death sounds, idle animations, etc, forgot to add that.
