League Wallpapers from League Videos

Greetings,

I was wondering, if it would be possible to have Riot release official Wallpapers from the YouTube videos they create (or outsource). For example in the Aphelios Trailer video, at 0:40s it would be a perfect wallpaper. Same for the Phoenix (ft. Cailin Russo and Chrissy Costanza) | Worlds 2019 - League of Legends video at 2:29. These are just two examples.

I am well aware I can "simply screenshot" the video, however I am unsure if the screenshot quality would be as high as if Riot released that single frame of the video as a wallpaper.
