Jax is never mentioned for a visual update
How come? I understand he got a texture update but why isnt he mentioned in a visual update when people ask questions about certain champions?

Robin Song Robin5 votesFor the first few days after Jax was introducded to League, he was using outstanding updated visuals. Unfortunately, he looked so impressive that it actually affected his power in game. Since then, Riot has banned jax from using any new particles or high-definition visuals, for fear of Jax unfairly dominating the field once more.
