Jax is never mentioned for a visual update
How come? I understand he got a texture update but why isnt he mentioned in a visual update when people ask questions about certain champions?

For the first few days after Jax was introducded to League, he was using outstanding updated visuals. Unfortunately, he looked so impressive that it actually affected his power in game. Since then, Riot has banned jax from using any new particles or high-definition visuals, for fear of Jax unfairly dominating the field once more.
He's not exactly at the top of The List at the moment. Lots of worse offenders as has been said.
If there is a VU for Jax, I feel it necessary that you guys have "Joe" inscribed on all of the handles/blades of his weapons
Because there are champs that look way worst than him out there.

Morgana and Taric look worse. So..
I think he needs some more fleshed-out lore before the art team settles on a design for him.
I think there should be "Stick man" jax.
