A good ship must be a able to carry one person through the sea, considering that, the best vastaya ship is 
Nami.
I don't really think Wukong x Ahri should be a thing, meanwhile the relationship between Xayah and Raman is canon.
So I vote for the couple.

Lol anything that has Ahri is a big no for me.
