Katarina's best skin in my opinion is sandstorm. Headhunter Akali is the way to go

Warring kingdoms has more particles plus a backing animation

Just because it has particles and a backing animation doesn't always make it better. I still prefer the sandstorm.

Real question is which champ do you enjoy playing more?

The other one is can you get either? Because HH Akali is a 1350 skin, while WK Kat is only a 975. Price is an important part.

Other then that, HH Akali has more particles then Kat's, as well as a nice backing animation. WK Kat has particles, but Katarina doesn't have as many as a champion, so you won't see them as much. She also has a nice backing animation (one of her two skins that has a different one, and the only one win an actual completely different one)
