Can we have a VU on Evelynn?

She won't get just a VU, no. Nowdays, it's either a full VGU or a gameplay update as part of a Roster Update (Such as Juggernauts, Marksmen, etc).
She is on the list for a full VGU, however. Reav3 just mentioned her the other day.
They've stated that they won't just give her a VGU. They've noted that her fantasy of a succubus style assassin is not at all cohesive with her kit at current, and that she's a very likely candidate for a full relaunch next year. They said her kit is extremely problematic because of the way that they have to leave it mediocre or else she becomes extremely OP, and that most people build bruiser or tank on her, which doesn't fit her style. I believe one of them said they might do some bandaid fixes in the Assassin update, but it wouldn't be extensive if they opted to give her a relaunch.
She's apparently never getting one sadly.....they just gave her a Texture update and called it quits.....it's sad
