@Rioter involved with Rumble´s new Skin

I'd like to say that, judging by the Videos about the Skin from SkinSpotlights, I am both happy about the BB Rumble Skin as well as incredibly furious, and I'd really like a Response from someone official here.

Now since I am not interested in a bland complaint, rather than something more...constructive, I am of course going to start with the positive Things first.

There is, of course, the model itself. it is absolutely gorgeous. The Textures are great, nothing feels of. Just judging by a still Image, it really doesnt look like the champ is years old and in Need of sth like an update or anything, absolute unit ( Especially because I always dreamed of a Rumble in a tank).

Next theres the Particles. I really like that the Q is a mix of a flamethrower and a machinegun, really nice, the w is... well cant say much about it, it looks obviously different in a fitting way considering the spell itself aint that vfx/sfx based. The E is also really nice from the Sound to the effects, and the R is also great, even if its simple, being just a burning trail of gasoline, it is something that None of his Skins have in a similar way, as they all tear up the ground a bit so judging by the effects and the model the Skin is perfectly gorgeous. Would have wished if the chainsaw would have started to burn in overheat as a visual representation of " Now it hits hard" but oh well, dont Need too much visual clutter here.

HOWEVER....

What really tears this Skin down for me, and many others, is the fact that the animations are so. horribly. OFF. Seriously. You cant just give him a Skin like this, and then go with the base Animation rig. Sure, we had a similar case with " Why Lancer Blitz Basic run REEE", but that was one single Animation that, while looking off, isnt THAAAT misfitting. Let's look at base Rumble´s idle. His mech, Tristy, is a mech made of scrap parts and therefore not the most bulky, massive mech and therefore a bit...shaky on it's legs. Perfectly fine Animation wise ( Rumble really Needs an MF Level VU tho, Riot PLEASE). Now if we take a look at BB Rumble, it does make absolutely NO SENSE AT ALL! for the Skin to use These animations, as it seems to be like a stiff puppet on some strings, clipping through the ground and stuff like that. It looks really, really off and is quite offputting. If he moves, the up/down shaking is appropriate, it even fits more on that Skin than any other of his base Skins, and that Looks really great. His emotes, safe for laugh, also look horrible and out of place for a vehicle with tracks. 'Course they dont put me off so hard as you can always opt not to joke/taunt/Dance.

Another big ugghh Point is that the Feedback Thread on PBE had several Posts in it stating basically the same, however, for the full 2 weeks of the cycle there was absolute silence on the issue from Riot's side without any official stance on it, seeing as you should have just tested to make his walk Animation his idle as well because it fits, but oh well.

So in the end of this I get the Feeling that Rumble Players in the end got a Skin with great potential that still feels rushed, almost as if it was for the sake of saying " Here your Rumble Skin, now wait some years for the next", further emphasized by the lack of a Response.

So I'd really like to hear the Point of view from a Rioter who has any insight on why these decisions were made, and if we really have to wait until Rumble gets his VU in 2-3 years before this Skin ( And the others, srsly, Bilgewater has so much potential, grappling hooks as E, an Anchor for autoattacks etc) reaches the full potential that it currently bears.

With kind regards, a slightly salty Player with an Obsession of bulky Robot/mech champs/Skins.

EDIT: It is also weird how you release the chromas the next patch instead of moving one of those 2 Things to the other patch but oh well, this is really just something odd rather than an actual Problem.
