I was thinking about some champions who are invincible out of the League of Legends thing, I mean by lore, no limitations. I read some lores, like when the human tried to harm Thresh, he threw a chair at Thresh and it just went trough him, so I guess you can't harm him?

Evelynn is a creature that eats off of agony so I'm guessing you couldn't say, kill her physically, but perhaps deprive her of agony and she would slowly wither away? Though I'm not sure she would completely disappear she may just be rendered powerless until she can feed again.
As far as i know there are no champs that are invincible, all of them have weakness, including Bard and Aurelion. Except maybe Kindred, unless you count defying death as beating them.
No one is invincible. Although I imagine some like Nocturne, Kindred, Brand, etc are harder to kill than others

Mordekaiser is functionally immortal unless his skeleton is put out of reach.
Kindred basically can't die. Kindred dying in itself would probably break the laws of logic.
Also, you can't Killean the Zilean.

Nothing in the game is invincible, lore wise. Everyone's material form can be destroyed and dispersed. What happens after that is the real question to ask along with how much it would take to make that happen.
I'd imagine some sort of reincarnation like event or something would take place for most champions.
As far as I know, Illaoi would be able to destroy Thresh easily thanks to Nagakabouros.
I can't think of a champ who is truly invincible. The closest to that would be Kindred, but if every life dies, then Kindred as the concept of death would not exist anymore as well.
