Having unruly hair is far from being attractive. I'm not sure how Ahri is supposed to seduce men with that new hair, strange looking eyes, and completely covered breasts. (The last part can be debated on whether or not it is part of the lore). The neck with shoulders 'seems' completely out of proportion as well. I'm not sure how this is considered 'beautiful'.

We are talking about Ahri here, not the possibility of unruly hair in general being sexy. Her unruly hair is disgusting with how she looks currently.
You can argue jumping for anything. This is a videogame. When do you see people throwing hearts around?
Her other eyes look better. This just looks atrocious. You can look good with any color eyes, depending on how you look. They don't have colored eye contacts for no reason.
Her clothes are more modest than they should be for someone seducing someone.

She isn't throwing a heart around in her splash, she is jumping, obviously her hair would be a mess. If you hadn't noticed btw, she seems to running through a forest, maybe someone is chasing her? You wouldn't look nice if someone was chasing you.

Get this straight, read her lore, she no longer seduces people, she was trying to turn her life around and be good. Not to mention, at that angle, you can't even see the front of her, how do you know they are modest? You are being downvoted because this is a stupid ass thread nitpicking on Ahri's new splash (Like we didnt have enough of these), not to mention, you clearly skimmed through her lore if you think she is still eating souls and is under the impression she looks even remotely ugly. She has whiskers, yellow eyes and god damn tails. Are you seriously mad that her hair is slighty off?
The "Her clothes are modest" complaint is dumb as hell as well, since not only is she literally using the same clothes as before, implies you need to be dressed like a slut in order to seduce someone, which is utterly absurd.

Who cares what she does in-game? Riot has deleted the League, the game itself is non-canon. Even then, she stopped using that power outside of League matches.
You have the likes of Tristana being shot in the face by Caitlyn and surviving with little issues. The gameplay merely gives a general idea of what the champions can do, but it is not supposed to be completely accurate.
