What are those weird voices in Urgot's Theme background?
I dunno. Just wondering what is the meaning of this weird screams in Urgots Theme? Someone knows? ¯_(ツ)_/¯

They are the "Sons of Ur", people of Zaun who have survived Urgot's trials and are rallying behind him to spread anarchy and death.
The chanting is the Sons of Ur cheering for Urgot in Ur-Nox, the native language of Noxus. Presumably the chant translates to "Dreadnought" or something similar.
I'm pretty sure one of the Rioters mentioned this somewhere, but I can't find the source.
