Dear Riot, I would love if you would expand the story of the freljord especially lissandra and the watchers , since they are the core of freljords lore! I believe that Lissandra plays a kex role in the conflict and it would be amazing to see what the ice witch has been up to lately :) Hope she gets a new skin soon!

What is the point of her covering the land in a second ice age if Ornn could more than likely just melt it all. If she's going to be powerful then the Watchers need to be fleshed out a lot more. They don't need to be amazingly powerful as such maybe just.... tricky to deal with... hard to kill and clever about how they kill people.
Or they could be super pissed that Lissandra took so long to free them and just kill her

Hovering Hentai1 votesI'm not sure how much Anivia could deal with her- the old lore states that the dark ice is a threat to Anivia and she can't stop it so maybe that will still be true. Ornn is shown to be capable of melting true ice but that was just one small weapon and I don't know if dark ice can be melted in the same way. It sounds like from the direction of the lore in the short bios she's going to be involved with Ryze and Brand And people think she has a world rune - I really hope that's not the case because I think that would really dilute her character and lore. Lissandra should be the character niche of " stupidly powerful Ice Witch that no-one goes near because she's surrounded by a continent of ice and fighting her there would be a stupid idea.
Also they've already downgraded her a lot- she used to be the only living Iceborn apart from Maybe Braum but now Ashe Sejuani and that one woman from Ornn's story are confirmed to be Iceborn as well
The Iceborn1 votesashe and sejuani arent iceborn they cant even be... only the watchers can give iceborn powers and they have been away for centuries! and ashe and sejuani are like less then 30 yrs old... you probably mixed something up because Ive talked to the support team and they also said that theyre only iceborn decendants... Braum is known to me if it says anywhere specifically that he iceborn please give me the link... the only thing known about him is that he lived for a few generations but thats all... I dont know what woman you mean from Ornns lore... As of now Liss is still the only iceborn

For what it's worth you could probably classify Lissandra as a TRUE Iceborn as she has lived since their time and the others are descendants so the Iceborn blood is diluted down the generations.

Lissandra is an original Iceborn and yea you're corrct the others are Iceborn descendants which is why they can use the weapons.

Hovering Hentai1 votesThere's three other demigods that we know of - Volibear Anivia and the Seal Sister, Volibear I think wouldn't side with her. He's not big on waiting around he just wants to get in and kill things and he's pretty prideful in his own strength, If he sides with anyone it would be his Ursine Brood and possibly Sejuani's tribe. Anivia would most likely not side with her so that leaves the Seal Sister who we don't know anything about. but you're right maybe Lissandra is allied with some demigod that hasn't been introduced yet.
Hopefully the Watchers are strong enough to stand against the Freljord Pantheon but if they were I can't help but think - why didn't they do it before? Although that's maybe because the demi gods weren't causing any issues that needed to be dealt with. Also the Watchers were defeated by the Iceborn that they created, if the Iceborn are less possible than the Gods then The Watchers don't really have a lot of hope to stand against Ornn and co.
GreenLore1 votesHonestly it wouldn't make too much sense if the watchers weren't at least a threat to the demigods. I mean the demigods seem to be all as old as the planet,so it is likely that they opposed the watchers in the past as well(maybe some of them even aided in defeating them?After all Ornn build the bridge)
Though it is possible that a single watcher is weaker than a demigod,but they could still overpower them with numbers(or the more powerful watchers are stronger than demigods)

If her intent is to cover the world in true/black ice, Orrn would not be able to melt it ( unless I missed something )
