Does anyone know where I can find the full art for the other forms of Elementalist Lux in the RiotGames folder? I can only find the the light form in the skin folder.

As others have stated, there is only one splash art, not 10, so you'd only be able to locate Light form's asset.

the other forms don't have their own splash, they only have character portraits for when you transform from Light Lux

That's because you cannot. Only Light form has a splash art, none of the others do. The others only have a character portraits.
