@Ironstylus Mordekaiser's visual state

Since the appearance of new Sion I really couldn't wait for when Mordekaiser would be looked at, expecially when some months ago a Rioter (do not remeber who) talked about making the SI champions (with a focus on Morde) more spectral like the way thresh and Kalista were done.

Is Morde a work in progress? Is he even in line for it?

I have the Pentakill skin for Mord, no real complaints about his model visuals but I don't like how his E looks when it goes off. I'd like if they would rework the ability effects.
