Theory about Kindred, Tahm and Aatrox and how they relate to each other

now before we start i want to say that this IS SPECULATION PEOPLE JESUS.

Now lets start, so my personal theory is that Kindred Tahm, and Aatrox all resemble the four horseman of the apocalypse, and how they relate to each other and ultimately the fate of runeterra.

You might be asking me... How the f*** do they relate to the four horseman and each other??

Well here is the answer.

Aatrox: Obviously represents war, showing at desperate times and siding only with the underdogs for the maximum "bloodbath"

Kindred: Death, thats it, death

Tahm kench: Now tahm kench is unique, i mark him as famine, why? He obviously isnt starving, well, in my opinion, he may be the cause of one, so Tahm represents greed as a whole, Greed itself is a great cause of famine, greed of money, food, or higher class people simply being snobs. Now tahm can also perhaps cause famine in an emotional level, he is seen giving the gambler, in his lore vid, a second "chance" at life only for it to all be taken away, eating at his suffering. Another hint of Tahm representing famine is his so called "hunger" he seems to always be hungry, requiring a meal to "satisfy" him, making him a prime candidate as an avatar of Famine.

The final link i would like to make between the 3 of them is that they are all technical manifestations, Aatrox is a manifestation of war, only appearing during times of extreme desperation, Kindred is a manifestation of death, always there but never really there, and Tahm is a manifestation of Famine and greed, manifesting only when someone is desperate enough to take ANYTHING to get them out of they're current situation. He is the perfect example of ones depravity, fear, greed, they're emotional famine, they're desolation.

AND THATS IT, IF YOU HAVE THEORIES THAT YOU THINK CAN IMPROVE THIS, PLEASE WRITE THEM IN THE COMMENTS BELOW

The thing is Flamewing9, the four horsmen of the apocalypse are like the seven deadly sins in how much people try to apply them to things that don't actually relate to each other. It probably doesn't factor in to these characters. If anything Tahm Kench would be AGAINST an apocalypse since he'd potential starve to death; he needs despair to sustain himself.

Plus where does that leave other entities? Kindred are spirits, Tahm Kench is a demon and Aatrox is a darkin, and while they are unique among those beings they aren't alone; Janna, Maokai and Bard are all spirits, there's a case to be made that some of League's champs are demons or influenced by demonic power, and there are four other darkin out there that, as far as we know, aren't being horsemen.

Also you're missing pestilence.

I'm not trying to come in here and be like "you're shit and your theory's shit", it's just that if I had a penny for every time someone came around these parts having tried to connect champions via a concept like the deadly sins or four horsemen, I'd be able to pay Riot enough money to make their entire dev cycle for the next year be skins for Sona, and I'd still have enough left over to bribe Jaredan in to letting me see all of the internal lore.

An unlikely theory, but the effort's appreciated none the less. Keep on theorizing and stuff! Just...stay away from horsemen. Or sins.

My personal headcanon is that Aatrox is the sword, not the demon.

The problem I see here is that Aatrox is a darkin(and he doesn't seem to be a manifestation of war, just a demonic being that is fascinated with it) and Tahm and Kindred aren't,so I don't see why they'd be part of a "set".

If you think about it they all turn up at certain moments.

Kindred: Shows up at death

Tahm Kench: Shows up at times of desperate need

Aatrox: shows up to war

so in conclusion i think that they could be but who is the fourth horseman

I could take 4 random champions and say the same:

Twitch is pestilence because he uses toxic things Warwick is war... because... ITS IN HIS NAME Jhin is death, because he likes the beauty of death. Jinx is famine, because she is the skinniest champion of all... except the undeads.

The Apocalypse will start in Zaun if Jhin arrives.

or:

Teemo is pestilence because he uses toxic things Kled is war because he has been in every noxian war Veigar is death because even trembles in his presence. Ekko is famine because his family is poor and they have almost no money to buy food.

If Ekko sees a yordle, the apocalypse will begin.

While I dont agree that they would affect the fate of runeterra I can see the horseman connection. I would like to know which champion you think would be closest to strife though.

Riot has pretty explicitly been avoiding using religious references based on real world doctrines in their game, I don't see why they'd be secretly plugging the book of Revelations.
