Safe cracker eve update
Why is Evelynn's most expensive skin not have any new particle effects? Shadow and Tango both cost less but both have new effects to abilities. It just does not make any sense to me. What do you guys think?

Well, it was the same for Giant Enemy Crabgot with his rework. The skin just costs 520 RP, but they still gave it new spell effects, since it was a great opportunity. They even changed the chains he had initially for his ultimate to organic looking tentacles because of player feedback.
Just take it as a free skin upgrade for these low priced skins. Doesn't hurt anyone, does it?
