I know this has probably been asked thousands of times, but can anyone tell me how I contact Riot for a possible champ skin refund? I ask because yesterday I bought two champion skins and saw today both skins come on sale in a week or two. Not even sure that is refund eligible, but I thought I would ask anyway. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
Thats what the 3 refunds are there for.
You get 3 refunds total on your acc, if something is eligible it will show up on your purchase history. If you have used all 3 you can try putting in a ticket but no guarantees if it will work.
You have three refunds on your account. If you have used all of them, you can't refund them.
Riot has been announcing their champion and skin sales for each month in advance so you could have known that those skins would soon be on sale.
The onus is on your to check before purchasing, so you are out of luck unless they are feeling very generous.
