Tristana Earnest Elf Splash Art vs In-game Appearance

Don't know if any of you guys have noticed, but the Earnest Elf skin for Tristana doesn't change her as much as it looks like it should. For starters, it doesn't even change her skin color to the light blue shown in the splash art, and her ears don't change either. The other suggestions that people have made, like making the explosive charge a present and making the cannon shoot snowballs are good ideas too, but first please make the skin look like the splash art for it.
