Announcer Packs

Hello! I saw some posts on reddit about custom announcer packs. I hadn't thought about it much before, but now I'm intrigued enough to try one out. I wanted to know riot's stance on announcer packs before I look into playing with fan-made content.

For the relevant team - I would easily drop $10 in RP on an announcer pack in the in-game store if it was something light-hearted/amusing. $20 would likely be too high for me to impulse buy. A ridiculous voice pack such as the Dota 2 Rick and Morty announcer pack would be an immediate purchase if ported to LoL through official channels, although it isn't the Rick and Morty as much as the light-heartedness. My favorite characters tend to be lightly mental like Ziggs.
