Is Ornn's Theme song based on Misty Mountains Cold?

I am trying to think where i have heard something similar before and Misty Mountains Cold rings a bell. Makes sense as Ornn is the fire beneath the mountain right? Riot Talondor did a great job regardless, I just wanted to know if it referenced parts of that song :)

For some infernal reason it remind me of Pirates of the Caribbean.

But Misty Mountains has a much more melancholic tone, in my opinion,
