it's basically the same thing he has already with Creator, it needs to go to someone completely out of nowhere like Ziggs or something.
Viktor has already Full Machine and Creator skins, he doesnt need another robotic skin.
Also, he is against leaving organic componements in his designs, and the project skins have organic parts.
He already has creator.
Project Karma.
I think the thing that the project skins have going for them is a quick moving kit. Karma is one of the quicker mages, at least in bursts.
