As the title said, the new splash art you are planning to use for Crimson Akali is terrible, I'm sure that many people think that way too. Crimson Akali was my first skin and I really think that is amazing the way it is right now. Thanks for reading.
The change just went into effect and I can safely say that the old 
crimson akali splash art was far superior. It's clear the quality of the artistry was better on the old one. Akali's outfit in the new splash art does not look like silk - it looks like low quality modern synthetic costume armor, the facial expression looks stupid, and the demon head just doesn't fit. I also greatly preferred the old action pose.
Please change it back or let us choose between them.

Why though?
While how "good" a skin's splash art looks is objective, from an analytical standpoint it is generic and should be replaced by its Chinese counterpart. Look at it this way, Crimson Akali is just waving her kamas around in a generic dojo in the NA splash. If I was going to nitpick then I would also say that her face mask doesn't even hide her face, this is the sort of stuff people are complaining about with the Chinese splash (Completely stupid reasons because they couldn't come up with a legitimate reason for keeping the NA splash).
On the other hand, the new splash shows a completely different perspective of Crimson Akali as a demon hunter/slayer or a guardian of the Earth from demonic beings. While both have their pros and cons, at least the Chinese splash offers a new perspective instead of it just being one third of a Chroma Pack that people overpaid for. I'm just saying that the most of the NA Akali splashes are uninspired and are just flat palate changes to Akali's base model. Akali deserves better than that.
I get that the splash holds sentimental value to you and a lot of other people but sometimes even unwanted changes are for the best of the community as a whole.
the Chinese crimson akali is way better. much more interesting, less bland splash art compared to the current one
