Legendary Skins

Anyone else think that every champion should have a legendary skin? I was looking at the Nautilus skins and realized that the AstroNautilus skin is cool and all, but not quite enough. I just feel like every champion needs a single unique skin that amazes everyone with its effects. A skin that individuals who play the champion desire more than the others. I was honestly amazed by my Final Boss Veigar and Surprise Party Fiddlesticks skins. All of the abilities are unique and had been redesigned. On the other hand, AstroNautilus just got a general skin change. And changes to only his W and E. The E change is very minimal anyways. I will admit that his W looks fantastic. But other than that one ability and the overall look of the skin, there's not much of a difference. Overall, I guess I'd like to see more skins that offer "special effects" so to speak, probably in the form of a Legendary skin or better. Thoughts and opinions?
