Pantheon's Current Splash Art

Look here. Pantheon is clearly missing something. While his one massive leg certainly looks to make up for a lack of other lower body parts, it's pretty obvious from Pantheon's waist size that the thunder in his thighs is too loud. The angle is all wrong for me to believe that this gargantuan beauty of a limb is simply his right leg. I'm convinced from this splash that Pantheon uses this one leg to crush the skulls of all of his opponents and that they might know war from this one leg. Yet when it's time for me to choose Pantheon, he claims mightily, "They are privileged to die at my feet!" Feet. As in plural. And when I'm in game, Pantheon clearly has two legs. He does not lean on his spear. His spear is restless. From this splash, Pantheon was the Artisan of War with one leg. And on the rift, Riot takes away his credibility by giving him an ordinary set of legs. What is going on here? Why is there such huge discrepancy between the splash and the man?
