Not so Magnificent Twisted Fate

I understand to an extent a skin is made so that it matches the price point it is given, say wood ashe you would except the skin just to be a remodel change and nothing more. But her arrows change and it actually brings more flavor to the champ in general, but my main bone to pick is that Magnificent Twisted Fate hasn't really kept up to riots standards. It doesn't have any new particle effects, his auto attacks don't change, his voice doesn't change, or anything really new. To be honest if I had to compare Magnificent Twisted Fate to anything it would be that it's almost as good as Rusty Blitzcrank. I understand to an extent that yes it is a Legendary legacy and that I felt I should have done more research into the skin before getting it, but for new players who see this skin when its available and think its a normal skin. I do not think that is far for the matching price of what it is. It is honestly better off removing it as a whole because of how miss leading it is, heck every other skin Twisted Fate has is even better at a cheaper price point. I understand that Riot has to make profit off of these skin and etc. I was just curious why this skin hasn't been removed or received a revamp. If anyone maybe even a rioter shine some light on this it would be great. Thank you
