Excluding Pool Party of course, I mean the cheaper skins like the debonair Ezreal and Jayce, french maid nidalee, kitty kat, nurse akali, and bunny Riven. They have only been releasing fancy 1350 RP skins. Yes I enjoy fanservice, as do a lot of other people.
Probably not. Certain champs are pretty much bound to get fan service skins (AKA every champ with either an hourglass figure and big tiddies or if they're male, a six foot giant with a ripped physique).
I'm not a fan of the literal stripper skin lines. I think Debonair and the like are pretty nice though.

Well, pretty much every Evelynn skin that will get released will automatically be a fanservice skin, will it not?
