The State of 3D Models

I like doing fan work and having a 3D model on reference. Where can we go to see 3D models now that they are unavailable in sites like LOLking.net. Are the changes in Files done purposely from stopping them being shown in sites? PS _this is in reference to the New Champion Ornn and the new release Star Guardian skins. _
