due for VGU soon™, & will probably be listed for one in the future as well, Rito doesn't do VU by themselves anymore.

I think Riot announced that Caitlyn's gonna get a VU... IDK but at least that means they still exist.
Also I think Panth is getting VGU'd.
He needs a texture update.

Never. Riot has stopped doing VUs.
Lots of champs need visual updates, some more then others but still in need all the same. Problem is Riot still has a huge back log of VGUs they need to get through cause they have quit doing plain VUs. Downside is that means it will be a long time before these champs get the updates they need.
Plus side though might be that when they do get to VUs, they are more likely to spend extra time on improving their interactions and VOs, maybe even start implementing unique animations for certain champs to go along with Unique champ VOs or something like that.
I for one would love a VU for 
, but I know in the grand scheme of things, there are champs who are in much more dire need of a VU then him.
Riot said, I think in the last champion roadmap, that they were discontinuing VU's. They said that they would rather just do a complete VGU on a champ rather than just a VU since it is somewhat incomplete.
I think there focusing on the worst champs atm WW was super fucking old eve was too Olaf and gragas actually get played ALLOT so i dont think they will be getting updates soon.
