I searched online and couldn't find it. I asked a few riot employees on twitter, nobody knows. Please WHO IS/ARE THE ARTIST/S?

Riot Coldburger?

Can you give me a source link? The splash art isn't in his portfolio on his artstation so I can't just blindly believe you.. RiotCuring said on twitter it was probably an outsource studio's work..
