The hidden jokes and maybe(?) teasers in the Karthus's songbook? I found some of them pretty funny. First we have Karthus's To-Do list, which I think the contents of speak for themselves. http://imgur.com/gallery/3HOau

Next we have a list of past and present items, and those which have been removed from the game have been crossed off, guess he's not done taking items yet. http://imgur.com/gallery/iYQQz

And finally we have this photo of one extremely weird looking guy and a shadow man wreathed in flame. I personally think at least one of these could be a new champion teaser, or another joke about potentially some champions that got axed in development. Out of either of them, the Shadow seems more likely as a Champion, considering it appears twice in the book, and in general just looks more like something they would add to the game then the other bearded horned smoking caterpillar thing. http://imgur.com/gallery/OZjwx

I think It is a spell for summoning Mordekaiser and picture is just a portrayal.

The shadow looks like an armorless mordekaiser, as a wraith made of shadow barely keeping human forn, with only the helm on.

Or could be a picture of what remained of the ruined king, since in the head seems to have a crown.
