Huh? Are you referring to Taliyah's theme? It doesn't really have a name (Most login screen themes don't), so it's basically just Taliyah's Theme. :P Riot usually upload their login screens animation and theme to their League YouTube channel, just so you know.

If you were referring to a different song/theme, then please correct me and I'll try my best to help you find it. :)
