In TF's lore he found another gambler who new as many tricks as he did. That was his rival Graves. So it might be 
who let tahm in
From what I have gathered from this thread and the Rioters' posts, the Gambler's name is Tahm Kench and he became the River King demon. I like this. Can the bridge of the gambler be the next character? (Akin to Ghost Bride Morgana~)
The name of the gambler is Tahm Kench and the demon devoured Tahm which meant he like possessed Tahm Kench forcing him to eat everyone.
