I just played a game with the skin and it sounds like her auto attacks changed to be similar to the original or captain fortune.
I might be wrong as I haven't touched her after the nerfs, but they did not sound like the video above. I don't have any video of the issue, but perhaps other people with the skin can test it out. Otherwise I'll try to find a way to record the sound.

Yeah, it sounds like it is just playing a regular gunshot sfx over part of an arcade noise; sounds pretty bad to be honest.
Unfortunately this is not a new bug. I have posted about it a few times in the report a bug section months ago, and just made another then. KateyKhaos tends to answer me, but isn't in the right department and can only offer to pass it along which so far has apparently done nothing.
