Bilgewater Handcannons
So in act one we're introduced to what looks like cannons made for your hands. They seem to resemble Tristana's trusty boomer, was Tristana affiliated with Bilgewater in her day?

I doubt it; the cannon she wields is likely Yordle made. If you're looking for an example of a Bilgewater hand-cannon, look to a younger Malcolm graves's splash art (a.k.a Cutthroat Graves) and you'll find it, decorated with sea monster iconography.

Tristanas Boomer is like a Bandle City version of the same type of handcanon, smaller for yordles.
Then perhaps a better question is, why does Boomer resemble a handcannon? Bandle City is landlocked as is Piltover. Neither place is famous for using weaponry even remotely resembling cannons.
