Subterranian Nautilus

I've been playing quite a bit of Nautilus lately and I want to buy a skin for him. The skin that drew my eye is Subterranean Nautilus and it's a really cool idea but it's a bit outdated and I am wondering if there is any way it could be brought back to life and into the game.
