Very Serious Question regarding relationships in the Runeterra

Sorry if I get the Board room wrong, but given the nature of the question I thought it fit into this particular category. If it's not then just let me know, I guess and I'll be better.

Anyway, with that said, if any Rioter, hopefully someone on the World-building team, can answer, how does courtship work when it comes to Runeterra? Obviously, from 's lore I understand that there is the typical political marriage act, but how would a man say ask a woman out in the nations of Demacia, Targon, Piltover, Zaun, Noxus, Freljord, Shurima, Bilgwater, or Ionia? I assume because the nations are different then the matter of proposal is different as well. I imagine it's not as simple as modern times going "I like you. Please go out with me."

I ask this because, one I'm very curious, but two, when I tend to look at these relationships as a whole then it seems to me that there is a certain order to these things. I liken it to back in Medieval Times when a man had to be chivalrous to a woman in order to court her. A place such as Noxus, i assume, has very stable relationships despite its claimed...'power-essentric' lifestyle. However, Demacia people seem so...stern and upright that there is no time for relationships, (yes I know there are or no one would be there, but I'm just making a point).

So if a human were to fall in love with a Vastayan, then how would a human court a Vastayan. I also look at Rakan and Xayah for potential courting, but I feel...they're a little out of the norm with how they met. Or, is it that easy and I'm just overthinking it?
