I just whuld love if there are some story about the Ghost Dog , how it became a ghost, is it?
He attacks nothing ells except the Rift Scuttlers in the river. Then for me once he turnd brown and "died" in the base.
A fellow on youtube comment he did turn brown and attacked a minion.
It this just bugs or is there a story behind this?
Then it is soo sad when one loses him for the new item

Anyways, it reminds me of Shaman King where people had spirits fighting with them or something like that. And the animation was similiar, sort of. The spirit appeared behind the character or something, and it copied it's movements sometimes. I don't remember it very well ^_^" but check it out

Acolyte of Steel1 votesThe wolf is only gained when you purchase devourer, I believe. As you stack up devourer, it's my understanding that he grows a little larger. He's basically small-wolf from the wolf camp, except with a ghostly render. That's why he turns brown. His mortal body dies when you return to fountain, and revives as the ghost.
Must be some hippie, "You're the jungler, so let's give you a druidic bond where the jungle spirits like you!" thing.

. Yee it grows/stack everytime u kill someone with smite, then at stack 30 it changed to an upgrade of that Devouer you have, and to stack up to 30 with the dog is the only way you can get that upgrade Sated Devouer 
.
But now we are coming somewhere here, THAT is some background. Might be as you say, though wierd... yee u go around killing it´s kind and it still hit sits right next there and just looking as you are slahing it´s family sort of then.
Acolyte of Steel1 votesAs cruel as it seems to us, that's been a common theme in Druidic RPG's for a while. This n' that'n about how the "wild is so cruel they get over it to recognize your greatness." It's a little weird. Maybe it's a legend about the Large Wolf. After all, he's not just an enchanted beast. When slain, he becomes a spirit who watches over the jungle.

, then when u get a kill with smite, champ, minion or jungel u get one stack on the dog, when u get to 30 stack u get the upgrade of that item and u losse the dog :

So now u know that :P Play some games with the dog and come back and tell us what u think is the backstory for the Ghost Dog :)
