From what I've seen over 2/3 of league players are disappointed with this years choice for a victorious skin ( 
). Any champ with a non-boring play style would be better.

You do realize it takes months of work to make the skin right? They can't just change it at the drop of a hat. He's super boring to me as well but it's not like they picked a random champ; he's basically the bar against which other tops are measured so it's a rational pick for him to get it.
