I just played a game as Teemo top using Omega Squad skin. We had a Karthus mid lane too. Anyways. I would randomly hear whispers during the game like, "Death sees all," and "I watch," and other creepy shit I can't recall. Is this because of Karthus being in game? I definitely WASN'T hearing shit, and I tried to look it up, but haven't found anything helpful. PLEASE tell me I'm not crazy or am going to be visited by the Grim Reaper tonight! :'?

There is a bug with champions who have a quote for placing stealth wards (green wards) where its team wide. They are trying to move the quotes to placing wards in general since stealth wards are removed but something got derped up.
Karthus and Azir are a couple of examples.
