I think most of the factions have now had an event at one point or another (Freljord, Bilgewater, Noxus & Ionia, Shadow Isles, Shurima etc.)

I hope there will be a Zaun, or Zaun vs Piltover event sometime I've been waiting for it ever since I first played Viktor as he's my fave champion and I think Zaun and Piltover are two of the least well-known factions, particularly Zaun, so it would be epic if more of their lore was fleshed out in an event like this. Especially because I don't think Viktor will ever be more meta than he is now haha I'm so happy to see him all over eu lcs and lck it could even be like a Battlecast thing as well who knows.

I think it's likely Bilgewater-sized events will be reserved for factions that need to be fleshed out, for now; Mt. Targon, Bandle City, Kumungu and the Void, perhaps. I could very much see Piltover v. Zaun get a somewhat smaller event, though.
