New Rumble Skin!

So as a former Rumble main who may come back to playing Rumble after seeing this skin, I can full heartedly say that Riot Games did an AMAZING job with this skin!

Although there's only two real critiques that NEED to be made about the skin.

1. The Q is barely visible. If you're shooting for being able to sneak a Q without the enemy noticing that they're burning... then you did it right Riot. So please adjust that to look more like the flames we get from his Overheat and Recall!

2. There's very little if not ANY noticeable difference when it comes to his regular Scrap Shield vs his overheat Scrap Shield. Again this is mostly for people who are playing against Rumble, and also because it's nice to have a difference between the two.

Besides that though, this Rumble skin is AMAZING! And Riot you are getting my money!
