Hoped Exiled Morgana would stay a fallen angel but now, please consider offering refund/exchange

It's so hard to put into words how massively shattered and disappointed I am in the skins/splash department. I feel gutted, dejected. I was already upset about the massive change in her model and the direction they chose (pre-teen emo chick loses a fight in the Hot Topic accessory aisle) but with the skins yet to be released, I had hope that maybe, just maybe, they would make Exiled Morgana the fallen angel she deserved to be: bloodied, battered, cast out and defeated. And then today happened, and really, I'm at a loss. I just can't sum up how utterly crushed I am.

At first glance, I thought maybe the splash was for new skins, possibly to the Beastmaster line because it really has that rough, animalistic quality and that would have been neat to have new skins for them released. But seeing that it wasn't a new skin, it was Exiled...the entire concept was gone. There is nothing about this skin I loved left after this. The first champ I loved and the first skin I ever bought, mind you it was extremely expensive on launch, closer priced to an epic skin back in the day. Just gone. And the worst part, there's nothing I can do but write this and feel bitter.

_So I'm proposing again something I posted when Sivir rework went live. Please allow customers a refund, partial refund of rp or an exchange of skins of equivalent value after massively overhauling a champion/skin to the point where there is no reconcilable similarities left. This process should also NOT be used against your two refunds per account as this change was through no fault of your own. _

Honestly, it's a decent thing to do in this situation. You still have your money and I can move on and get something for another champ that makes me feel like I haven't been cheated. I understand that this could become a nightmare on the store end of things, but for this skin alone, the changes are so drastically significant that it's literally and entirely different skin. It's like paying for a cell phone contract and you pay for the item/service explained and then 2 years down the road they completely change their service area and you no longer get coverage. Well, tough, you already paid for it so you're stuck with it OR go pay more money to go somewhere else. Ergo all the fine print that no one reads.

I know this post will get buried under the others and the update will move ahead because it always does, chalking up another disappointment I can't do anything about. That's just consumerism, I get it. But I figured I would at least try to say something and bring light to an issue I'm sure other people have had with reworks in the past. You buy a skin or champ because you love it and when that thing is completely wiped away and you're stuck with something completely different than what you purchased, something should be compensated. I've bought an apple and you've handed me an onion and now I'm supposed to eat it. It just isn't right.
